Purple Sweet Potato Mont Blanc

This was a dessert a friend recommended to me — a purple sweet potato Mont Blanc from 7-Eleven, made in collaboration with “21ji ni Ice.”

The sweet potato flavor was clear but not too sweet. The texture was smooth, and it didn’t feel heavy at all. Lighter than I expected, and actually pretty nice to have at night.

Didn’t really expect to find something like this at a convenience store, but the recommendation turned out to be a good one.
